I founded Judith Claire Counseling and Coaching in Los Angeles in 1978 to provide personal, career and relationship counseling and coaching. Although I work with many different types of people, my specialty is assisting members of the film & entertainment industry, creative thinkers, and professionals with spiritual values.

Success Doesn't Happen By Accident.

Personal success isn't material. It comes from having self-esteem, being emotionally healthy, having the strength to face adversity and being free to be yourself and reach for your dreams.

Career success requires confidence, motivation, risk-taking, and promoting yourself to the right people. You also need to be able to plan, organize your time, and follow through.

Relationship success demands good communication, compatibility, time, emotional intimacy and satisfying sex. It also entails knowing how to choose the right mate and resolve conflicts.

You can't divide life into compartments. Personal, career and relationship wellbeing are intertwined. If one area is in trouble, it impacts the other two. That's why it's so important to have a counselor or coach with the breadth of experience to effectively address all three.

Having personal, career or relationship problems doesn't mean that there's something's wrong with you or that you can't get what you want. It just means what you're doing isn't working and that you need to do things differently.
